1) To know the delivery time of my order
As soon as we receive your payment, we will process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are only processed on working days, i.e. Monday to Friday. All our shipments are made either by COLISSIMO or by DPD, depending on your choice when validating your order. This service guarantees delivery within 48 hours in mainland France for parts available in stock only. For parts not in stock, the average delivery time is indicated on each product sheet.
2) Tracking my parcel
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email giving you the tracking number for your parcel. This number will enable you to find out the actual delivery date on the carrier's website.
3) Delivery problems
On receipt of your order, check the condition and contents of the parcel in the presence of the person handing it over to you. If your parcel is presented to you damaged or open, make reservations or refuse it and it will be returned to us.
4) Delivery errors
In the event of a shipping error on our part, please contact us via the returns form. We will do our utmost to settle the dispute as quickly as possible.
5) Returns procedure
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return the product in its original packaging. The right to return certain products cannot be exercised if they have been opened from their packaging. The products concerned are indicated on the site and specified in our general terms and conditions of sale.
Before returning any goods, the customer must fill in this form and receive the agreement of piecesbateaux.com.
Only after validation by our customer service department can the goods be returned to the following address by recorded delivery:

Any parcel sent without our agreement will be refused.
Return costs are at the customer's expense in the event of retraction or an order error on the part of the customer.
Returned items will be reimbursed upon receipt.
