Propspeed® kit is a long-lasting, environmentally friendly anti-dirt coating.

Includes: 1 Clear Coat 200 ml + 1 Etching Primer base 240 ml + 1 Etching Primer hardener 60 ml

It prevents the attachment and growth of marine flora and fauna on propellers and gearcases through a low critical surface tension. Propspeed does not contain copper or tin compounds or any other toxic substance that could cause environmental pollution.

Propspeed is used as a coating to prevent the build-up of dirt on boat propellers and transmissions. Because Propspeed does not contain copper, it is suitable for use near the stern, rudder assemblies, underwater spotlights, heat exchangers and other bow thrusters.

Thanks to its ultra-smooth finish, Propspeed is specially designed to prevent marine organisms from adhering to metal surfaces below the waterline. It has been proven to increase boat performance, reduce drag and save on gasoline and maintenance costs. What characterizes it is the exceptionally strong chemical and mechanical bond between the metal surface, the Etching Primer and the Clear Coat, which guarantees that the Propspeed coating will adhere to your propulsion system, maintaining its performance season after season.

What's more, Propspeed reduces the risk of corrosion by electrically insulating the metal and by limiting the exchange between the ions and the gases contained in the water and the metal. In short, without reaction, there is no corrosion!

The Propspeed system is most effective on propellers, propeller shafts, shaft chairs, rudders, flaps, heat exchangers, bow and stern thrusters, omnidirectional thrusters, saildrives and other submerged metal parts.
