High-strength, low-viscosity, methacrylate-based red threadlocker that fluoresces under UV light for inspection.
LOCTITE® 271 is a red methacrylate-based threadlocker with low viscosity and high strength. Fixture time on steel 10 min, 5 min on brass and 15 min on stainless steel.
Ideal for applications where product migration must be avoided. Tolerates slight contamination by oils. Can be used on all metals. Breaking torque of 26 Nm for maximum diameters of M10. Fluoresces under UV light.
