Asbestos-free, the R4804 packing is made of ramie vegetable fibers impregnated with a PTFE solution.
Excellent substitute for cotton, hemp, flax and asbestos (graphited and teflon-coated) packing within the limits of its range of use.
This braid does not cause wear to the shaft.
