The thrust washer fits on the propeller shaft behind the propeller acting as a spacer, and is designed to prevent the propeller from advancing under thrust.
It also helps to keep the propeller centered on the shaft even under high torque.
This thrust washer is not suitable for Duo Prop applications but is suitable for the following Volvo Penta engine models: AQ280, AQ285 and AQ290.
