Deckmate brushes are made from a block of varnished hardwood with bristles positioned at a precise angle to reach hard-to-reach areas. The shiny anodized connector has a stainless steel spring clip button, allowing you to quickly attach the brush to a handle.

Features:

• The 75 mm PVC brush bristles are completely embedded in the wooden block and have been secured with corrosion-resistant staples.
• The ends of these bristles are split for extra water absorption.
• A white plastic bumper prevents scratches and damage during cleaning.

This is the most commonly used brush for versatile use.

After use, it is recommended to wash the brush with fresh water, shake it out, and allow it to dry.

To optimize cleaning performance

Rinse the boat thoroughly with plenty of fresh water to remove any dirt and grit that may be clinging to the surface. Always start at the highest point and work downwards and from bow to stern to allow the water to drain naturally.

Use boat soap at the beginning of the season to ensure that all winter grime is removed. You don't have to use boat soap every time you clean, perhaps several times a season or after a prolonged period without cleaning. If cleaning teak decks always cleans in the direction of the wood grain, never allow soapy surfaces to dry, always rinse with fresh water at low pressure to remove soap by covering the surface with water.
